DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?
No, we charge per service contract depending on your needs. After receiving a quote, one of our technicians will give a price estimate for the entire service from start to finish. If it requires multiple services, will will specify the pricing breakdown and include materials fees. Rest assured that the charges will not increase even if the service takes longer than expected.
DO YOU OFFER VIDEO CONSULTATIONS?
Unfortunately, we do not offer video inspections to give quotations. However, our quotes are free within our service area and they don't take very much time to come and inspect the situation. It is best to to see the on-site situation in person to provide the most personalized services for you.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We happily accept payment by card, cash, or personal check. Our Briostack system streamlines the process of billing so that you can get on an auto-billing schedule for regular services.
